Phnom Penh: Minister of Information, Khieu Kanharith expressed his appreciation for the efforts of Feng Shui Master Long Naly, who has contributed to the development of scientific feng shui study in Cambodia. He said that feng shui is not a belief, but a shift in the environment that makes people happy, and think more positively to live better every day.
Speaking at the opening of the Feng Shui Seminar 2023 on the afternoon of 11 December 2022 at the AEON Sen Sok Conference Hall under the theme: "Feng Shui 2023 Economy and Development Era 9" Minister Khieu Kanharith said that although the word “feng shui” has a connotation of a belief, but everyone recognizes that the practice of feng shui can help with living, business, and work.
"Not only in Asia but also in the United States and Japan, the word 'feng shui' is well-known because it is not a prediction," he said. "Khmer people often say that a friendly environment means that the combination of what is around us has a parallel journey to us, when we have clarity, we can do business [better]."
Master Long Naly said that the opening of this workshop is a new training course where she is optimistic about helping Cambodians get proper feng shui skills to become better, more efficient, and effective building blocks to help Cambodians continue to be happy and prosperous in a country that maintains peace as it is today.
"Scientific feng shui is not a superstitious belief, but it is a science that focuses on predicting the geography of the wind and water in order to modify and enhance the strength of human daily life," she said.
Minister Khieu Kanharith hopes that accurate and clear feng shui vocational training will help Cambodia to have more human resources for this work, which will help the people's economy as well as the next generation.
It should be noted that the Feng Shui Workshop 2023 under the theme: "Feng Shui 2023 Economy and Development of the 9th Era" was organized by Master Long Naly at Aeon Mall Sen Sok with about 600 participants.
During the seminar, Master Long Naly also introduced a mobile app for predictions called “My Destiny” and a resort villa project in Bokor, which has high feng shui.
